  • Do you do residential plans?
    Yes. At Apex Designs, we design for residential and commercial clients. Our designs include plans for family homes, villas, multi-floor apartment buildings, office spaces, schools and more.
  • How much will I be charged for a plan?
    The cost of a plan depends largely on the the square footage of the design and whether it is classified as a residential or commercial property. You can speak to one of our team members to get a detailed estimate.
  • Is a payment plan available?
    A payment plan is available on all final drawings.
  • How long will my plan take to complete?
    A typical time frame for completion of a drawing by the team is 1 - 3 weeks. The larger the drawing, the more time it will take.
  • Will you submit my drawing to the Planning & Development Authority?
    Our office will submit your drawing for approval to the relevant authority. The time it takes to get approval from the Planning & Development Authority ranges from 1 - 3 months.
  • What services do you provide?
    At Apex Designs, we provide 2D Floor Plans, 3D Renderings, Bill of Quantities, Land Survey, Topographical Survey, Construction Management, Design and Build Consultations and Interior Design. Call our office for more information.
  • Can you design a plan for me even if I don't live in Grenada?
    We can. We take pride in working with clients who are overseas, as long as they have a contact person in Grenada who can assist us with the necessary information.
  • Do you have pre-drawn plans that I can purchase?
    Our virtual store contains a wide range of pre-drawn plans that suit a variety of building needs.
  • Do you accept online payments?
    We accept cash and banker's cheques (drafts), debit and credit cards as well as online payments.

  • What documents do I need to have a plan drawn?
    If you are submitting your drawing to the Planning & Development Authority for approval, you will need to provide us with a copy of your Title Deed and Survey Plan. Contact our office for more details.
  • Do I need to submit my plan to the Planning & Development Authority for approval?
    If you intend to build, yes. Permission will be required from the Planning & Development Authority.
